DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your ordered dress will be delivered in accordance with the method you selected during the online ordering process:
- At a branch office of the delivery company: The delivery company determines the delivery options.
- At your specified address: The dress will be delivered to your address by courier.
When receiving your dress:
- Make sure that the address and contact information on the package are correct.
- Make sure that all accessories of the dress (belt, buckle, etc.) are complete.
- Please open the package and check the dress in the presence of the delivery person.
- If you receive a different model or a defective product:
- Have the delivery person prepare a report (clearly stating the issue you are complaining about).
- Do not accept the package.

If you encounter a problem:
- Follow the instructions in the "Product Return and Exchange" section to choose your preference.
- Contact us immediately if you encounter any problems.
- We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
If everything is in order:
- Enjoy your dress!
- If you send us a few high-resolution photos of yourself wearing the dress from the "email address you specified during the membership process", we would be happy.
- We would be happy to share it on our website and social media channels.
