our website. We primarily design, produce, and sell custom-made children's
formal dresses and mother-daughter dress sets. Due to the custom nature of our
dresses, it is crucial that we understand your vision or design as best as
possible when you place an order. This necessitates close, one-on-one
communication with you.
Communication
For official
communication, we will use the email address you provide in the membership
section. However, we strongly recommend that you also fill out the WhatsApp or
Viber phone number option in the dress order options section to expedite the
order process and allow for more practical communication.

Place
Your Order in Just 2-3 Minutes!
1. Choose
Your Dress; Browse our wide selection of dresses and find the perfect one for
you.
2. Place Your Order; Follow the easy steps to complete your order.
3. Wait for the Confirmation Email; Before making a payment, please wait for
the "C FORM" confirmation email from us.
4. Make Your Payment; Once you receive the confirmation email, complete your
payment using one of our secure payment methods.

The order
process, which we have outlined above, will only take you 2-3 minutes, even if you
are placing a customized order.
1. Select a
Model. Click on the model you want to order from our dresses (Model Selection).
2. Customize Your Order. On the detail page of the selected model, in the
"Order Options" section on the left column, specify your preferences
that you can personalize for the selected dress.
* If you wish, you can describe exactly what kind of design you want in the
"CUSTOM ORDER" section. You can upload a sample image and share it
with us by uploading the file from the "SAMPLE IMAGE" section to
discuss it. To make our conversations more efficient, please enter your
WhatsApp or Viber number in the "WHATSAPP - VIBER" section as country
code + number, so that we can contact you in the most convenient way when
needed.
3. Add to Cart and Proceed to Checkout. Click the "Add to Cart"
button and follow the instructions until you reach the "Payment"
step.
4. Confirmation and Payment. When you reach the payment section, do not proceed with the payment immediately. At this
stage, your order will be received by us. We will check whether we can produce
this personalized order with our current capabilities. (For possible changes
in material to be used, design, etc.) As a result of our evaluation, we
will send you a C FORM "Confirmation Email" containing your order
details and payment details.
5. Make the Payment. If you also approve, you will make the payment according
to the details we provide. (Payment)
* Once your payment reaches our account, we cannot accept order
cancellations as the production of your customized dress model will begin
immediately.
6. Shipping. Your ordered dress will be produced and sent to you under the
conditions specified on the product detail page.
7. Delivery and Inspection. Your order will be delivered to you in accordance
with the preferences you have specified. When receiving your cargo, please open
your package in the presence of the delivery officer and check for any problems
or missing items.
8. Enjoy Your Dress. If there is no problem, accept your order and enjoy using
it (Product Delivery)
9. Return and Exchange. If there is a problem with the product you received,
please read the "Product Return and Exchange" section below carefully
and follow the instructions.

ORDER CREATION
1.
Selecting a Model: Select
one of the models on our website and go to the product detail page. Carefully
read all the descriptions below the product image ("product
description", "features", etc.).
2. Order Options:
When you decide to place an order, fill out the "order
options" section on the left
column.
The product price will be automatically updated if there are any price
differences due to your preferences.
Click the (?) icon at the end of each option to read its detailed description.

Measurement Information:
Size: Select a size for the person's biological age. The dress will be
manufactured according
to the measurements you provide.
Height: Enter your height from head to toe in cm.
Bust: Enter your bust circumference in cm.
Waist: Enter your waist circumference in cm.
Hips: Enter your hip circumference in cm.
Front skirt length: Enter the front skirt length in cm.
Skirt length: Enter the skirt length in cm.

Customization:
Color: Choose your preferred color. If there is a price difference for
the color, the product price will be automatically updated.
Sleeve options: Select your preferred sleeve model. If there is a price
difference for the sleeve option, the product price will be automatically
updated.
Upper body options: Select one of the available options for the upper
body of the dress. If there is a price difference for the upper body option,
the product price will be automatically updated.
Additional accessories: Select the accessories you want to purchase with
the dress. If there is a price difference for the accessory option, the product
price will be automatically updated.
Sequin fabric color: Choose the color of the sequin fabric that will be
used in the production of your dress. If there is a price difference for the
sequin fabric color, the product price will be automatically updated.
Upper body glitter pattern: Click to choose the glitter pattern that
will be used on the upper body of your dress. If there is a price difference
for the glitter pattern option, the product
price will be automatically updated.
Pom pom color options: Choose the color of your dress's pom poms. If
there is a price difference for the pom pom color, the product price will be
automatically updated.
5. Additional Information:
Custom order: If you have a special request beyond the options we offer,
you can write a detailed explanation. We will get back to you as soon as
possible.
Sample image: If you want a special model beyond the options we offer,
you can send us a sample photo. We will contact you and let you know if your
request is possible.
WhatsApp / Viber: For the production of custom dresses, we recommend
that you also provide your WhatsApp and/or Viber number in addition to your
official email address. These numbers will only be used to communicate about
design and preference details. Your privacy and
security will be given the utmost
importance.
Delivery date: Enter the latest date you want the dress to reach you.
Custom dresses are normally sewn and shipped within 1-3 business days,
depending on the difficulty level, up to a maximum of 7 business days. However,
there may be delays depending on your region and the delivery company. Although
we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company, if we find
this date to be inconvenient for the timely delivery of the product, we would
like to inform you.
Quantity: Enter the number of items you want to order. Please note that
the number you enter here will be exactly the same as the model you specified
in your preferences above.
If you want to order a different version of the same product (different color, size, etc.), you must enter it again as a new order.
PAYMENT
Since we
manufacture custom-made dresses and it is the most secure option, we accept
your payments as "bank transfer/payment to bank account". This is
because the prices can vary depending on the options you choose. On the page of
the model you choose, you will see that the product price is automatically
updated as you make your choices from the personalization options. However, to
be on the safe side, when you reach the "payment" stage while
shopping online, please wait for our confirmation email (C FORM) before making
the payment, as the system will also direct you to do so. After receiving the
confirmation email (C FORM) within 24 hours, you will be able to make the
payment for the dress to our bank account as specified.
Our account,
which you will make the payment to, is located in an English bank (CLEAR
JUNCTION LIMITED). Our account is also a SEPA* account. This way, you can make
your payments without any fees in all European countries included in the SEPA
system, just like making a bank transfer in your own country.

When your payment reaches our account, your order will become official (you will be informed via your official email account). From that moment on, the production and shipping time is within 1-3 business days, depending on the difficulty level, up to a maximum of 7 business days. If the payment is not made within five business days, your order will be canceled.
DELIVERY
INFORMATION
Your ordered
dress will be delivered to the office of the delivery company you prefer (the
delivery options are determined by the delivery company) or to the address you
specify, in accordance with the information you provided during the online
ordering process.
Upon
receiving your dress:
- Make sure that the address and contact information on the package are
correct.
- Make sure that all accessories of the dress (belt, buckle, etc.) are
complete.
- Please open the package and check the dress in the presence of the
delivery person.
- If you receive a different model or a defective product, please have the
delivery person
record a report (clearly stating the issue you are complaining about) and do
not accept the package.
"For your custom order, any changes you want made to the model will
be included in the confirmation email (C FORM) we will send you, and you can
use this as proof if necessary."
- Follow the instructions in the "Product Return and Exchange"
section to make your choice.
- If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately. We will do
our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
- If everything is to your satisfaction, enjoy your dress!
"We would be happy if you could send us a few high-resolution photos
of yourself wearing your dress from the email address you provided during the
membership process. We would be happy to share them on our website and social
media channels."
PRODUCT
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The dresses
we design, manufacture, and sell are custom-made according to the size
measurements and personal preferences of the person placing the order. (All
your preferences for the dress are detailed in the C form we send you before
payment, and this is an official document.)
Therefore, these dresses cannot be sold to another customer or restocked. For
this reason, the return of dresses that are flawlessly manufactured according
to your preferences is not accepted without a justifiable reason.
Situations
that require a product return:
Receipt of a wrong
(different model) product
Receipt of a defective (manufacturing error) product (In such cases, your
product preferences in the C form will be taken as the basis.)
At this stage, carefully review the Product Return and Exchange Procedure
and follow the instructions.
You already know that you can return or exchange the
dress if there is an error in our production of your personalized dress that
you ordered.
If you want to exchange the product due to shortcomings arising from your
order preferences, such as providing incorrect size measurements, making
incorrect choices, and the like, carefully review the Product Return and
Exchange Procedure and follow the instructions.
PRODUCT
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Product
Return Procedure
For orders
that meet the product return conditions, please fill out the product return
form completely and send it to us. We will contact you as soon as possible, via
WhatsApp or Viber if you have provided us with your numbers, to explain what
you need to do to resolve the issue. This information will also be included in
detail in the return confirmation email (R FORM) that we will send to the email
address registered in your membership information.
- In case of product returns based on legitimate reasons, the shipping cost
will be covered by us.
- The product return address will be included in the R FORM that we will send
you. (In case of returns and exchanges, we provide the address of our
nearest contact center depending on your country to speed up the process.)
- If you refuse the product at the time of delivery by having the delivery
officer prepare a report, your eligibility for a product return will be
reviewed after the product reaches us. The result, whether in your favor or
against, will be communicated to you via the email address you provided during
the membership process.
- Once the product you returned for legitimate reasons reaches us, your payment will be refunded to your bank account within 7
business days.
Product
Exchange Procedure
For orders
that meet the product exchange conditions, please send us a product exchange
request email containing the following information to the email address
registered in your membership information:
- Your name and surname
- Product code
- Order number
- Reasons for your exchange request
After evaluating your request, we will send you a PR FORM (Product Repair
Form) that will explain the product exchange conditions in detail according to
your preferences.
This form will include details such as:
- Whether your request is technically feasible
- The amount of any additional charges required for your request
- The necessary delivery time
If you approve, you can complete your product exchange process by following
the instructions.
- In case of product exchanges, all shipping costs will be covered by the
party that purchased the product.
- The product exchange address will be included in the PR FORM that we will
send you. (In case of returns and exchanges, we provide the address of our
nearest contact center depending on your country to speed up the process.)
