Our models are fully customizable. You can choose one and request minor changes to personalize it.

A minimum order of 10 items is required per order.
Try before you buy! Purchase a single sample of your desired model before placing a bulk order of 10 or more items. (The sample price is the same as our online retail price) When you place your bulk order, we'll deduct the difference between the sample price and the wholesale price from your total.
For this order, you can either purchase a full set of 12 pieces (sizes 01-12) or individual dresses in different sizes of your choice. For each dress, you can specify the desired size, or provide your own custom measurements.(Please find below our explanations for standard size and measurement requests.)
With a minimum order of 10 items, you can take advantage of our wholesale rates and create a completely personalized order.

Ordering process
To place an order, please create an account with us. Ensure that you provide accurate and current contact information. Please select the "COMMERCIAL" customer group.CLICK HERE to register. All official communications will be conducted via the channels specified during registration.
1 - Choose your desired model;
You can either choose one of our existing models and request modifications, or provide us with your own design or a sample model (please share a visual with us) for us to create a custom piece.
2 - Please provide your order details;
To place an order, please provide the following information: quantity, size (or measurements), and color for each desired model. If you would like to see a sample of the product before placing a bulk order, you may purchase one or more samples at our retail price.
3 - Please make the payment.;
You will be provided with the final total and payment options when you confirm your order.

Order Delivery Information
The final price for your order will be calculated based on the items you select. All our products are sold EXW Bulgaria, which means that you'll be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping from our location in Bulgaria to your address. This includes the shipping cost and any additional fees.. (Shipping costs and any additional costs will be calculated separately and notified to you in advance.)If the recipient is located in a country outside the European Union, any additional costs incurred due to that country's customs regulations will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Your orders will be shipped from Bulgaria within 1 week -10 days. The estimated delivery time is generally 1 week, however, it may vary depending on your location.
For a smoother order process, we recommend placing your order approximately 20 days prior to your desired delivery date.

Request a sample
We highly recommend purchasing a sample of your chosen gown(s) before placing a bulk order of 10 or more. This allows you to personally inspect the fabric, color, fit, and overall quality before making a larger commitment.
If there are any discrepancies between the sample and your expectations, we can quickly address the issue, ensuring your complete satisfaction
The sample price is the same as the retail price (shown on the product page). If you place a wholesale order (minimum 10 pieces) after purchasing a sample, the additional amount you paid for the sample will be deducted from your total order..
Return and Exchange Policy
As our dresses are entirely custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns without a valid reason. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample of the fabric before placing your final order.
You can only return the product and get a refund in the following situations;
* If the product you receive does not meet your exact expectations based on your order
* While we strive to ship all orders by the promised date, (please note that we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier)
For product returns:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
We offer exchanges on all products. Please be aware that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Depending on the specific item(s) being exchanged, additional fees may apply. For more detailed information on any potential additional fees, please contact us if you wish to exchange your order.
